Ian Loe
Director
Ian has more than 26 years of experience in the IT industry with wide industry experience spanning public sector to financial services. He has deep knowledge in both infrastructure and application security with deep expertise in governance and security technologies.
Previously, Ian was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at DFI Retail Group where he was responsible for the management of cybersecurity, infrastructure, performance architecture and data engineering in the group. He has held other senior appointments such as Director, Government Cybersecurity Operations and was responsible for managing cybersecurity operations for the whole of government in Singapore, which includes the monitoring of and response to cybersecurity incidents.
Wayne has 20 years of cybersecurity experience in both the public and private sectors. Besides having domain expertise in incident response, digital forensics, logs and data analytics, he also has a strong technical background in various operating systems, networking, cloud as well as good understanding of security vulnerabilities, attack techniques and cyber kill chain.
Chee Keong has 12 years of information security experience with the Singapore Government (DSTA & GovTech) to design and lead the implementation of holistic security solutions. He has strong technical and domain knowledge with various security certification and is a recognised subject-matter expert in applied cryptography & Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
JUDY CHANG

Judy is a cyber security professional with more than 10 years of experience in the field and her main focus area is in Digital Forensics analysis and incident response management. Judy built her experience working on large cases at many large retailers and MNCs. She has also private sector experience with Accenture.
KENJI CHANG

Kenji has more than 10 years of information security experience with the various organisations including the Hong Kong Government (Housing Authority) to design and lead the implementation of holistic security management . He has strong technical and domain knowledge with various security certification and is a recognised subject-matter expert in data privacy.

With more than 20 years of experience in the defence industry, Kelvin is skilled in designing, developing and delivering effective training solutions at scale. At the heart of it, Kelvin is adept at picking out the real training needs and then putting together innovative and engaging ways to help learners acquire the required skillsets to meet real-world challenges.
