Why should we go with SeCURE?
SeCURE has developed a robust system for cybersecurity operations that has been proven over the years and deployed to support our own social enterprises. We also have a well established training program that has been validated by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore and is used to train their staff. We are confident that our knowledge and experience in securing our enterprise can be useful for many organisations.
With our training and talent pipeline programmes, we can ensure a healthy pool of trained resources to keep our operating cost down and together with automation of our tools, we are confident we can offer a cost effective solution for the SME market.
What is the size of your target customers?
We would be targeting firms with 5 to 500 employees. As cyber threats are not just targeted at computer, but also the people using g them, we would not only look at the size of the business but also in the industry they are in.
How would SME benefit from using your services?
With cybersecurity threat on the rise, SMEs are also on their target list. Being secure is also required when going digital and with out PROTECTION service, we can help offer some peace of mind so that the companies can focus on growing the business knowing we are there to help ensure the security of the organisation.
With our consulting services, SMEs can embark on their digitalisation journey with help from our consultant to ensure all necessary safeguards are in place and regulatory requirements like the PDPA are met.
With our training services, companies can send staff to us to help build more in-house capabilities. As the company grows, so will the threats, this can help ensure that when the need arises, companies can be more self sufficient in their cybersecurity needs.

How would services be priced?
The cybersecurity operation services would be priced according to the size of the organisation and consulting services would priced by type of services at a fixed price.
Some parts of our services is based on the tuner of devices we are motoring and protecting while other parts of our services are dependent on the number of employees to train.
As much as possible, we would be offering a service catalogue with fixed prices, so there would be little surprises for the customer.
How would you keep cost low？
We can achieve economies of scale with the collective size of all our customers to get better pricing for products and with our own training arm, we can keep a healthy pipeline of talent to help maintain our operation cost.
We hope to also fulfil our social mission by up-skilling as many people as possible (fresh graduates or mid-career PMETs) thus ensuring a more health supply of talent in the market to reduce risk of escalating operation manpower cost.
Will my cost increase over the years?
We would be regularly reviewing our services with you and as your business evolve, we would be there to evolve with you. In some case due to growth, we might have to expand some of ou offerings and that may result in some additional cost.
PRIVACY
Would the JM group be keeping track of my business communication?
SeCURE adhere to very strict data privacy standards and the data collected for delivery of our services would not be shared with any external parties including the government (unless served with a warrant in the case of serious criminal investigation).
The data we collect only highlight potential security incidents like malware infection or a cyber attack. SeCURE does not collect any personal or company data when delivery our services.
Would JM be using my data to perform other analysis?
SeCURE are also covered under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and would not be using your data for anything purpose other than to monitor for threats to your organisation. In regards to sharing organisation data in terms of business analysis, it would only be done with consent from the organisation, we would not be sharing the data with any other entities (within or out of the group).
Would JM be "spying" on my business ?
To perform our job of protection, we only need to look at network traffic for malicious action. We would not be looking into business data or any other form of data in your business. This is in line with other cybersecurity monitoring services globally.
